It seems, that Booker T just can't get enough. In 1962, he released his first album "Green Onions", back then with his group Booker T & The M.G.'s. 50 years later, he still sounds fresher than ever, which is probably also due to his collaborations.
Two years ago, he asked The Roots to back him up on the album "The Road from Memphis". And now Booker T is going to release his new album "Sound the Alarm" with prominent guests such as Anthony Hamilton and everybody's darling Mayer Hawthorne.
